Panam is an open source game engine that lets you create 3D characters and objects. You can create whatever you want, using any of the many available options.
There are multiple hair/face options for Panam. You can choose one or the other, or you can pick both. If you want to try out a new hairstyle, you can change your hair color and style. You can even choose a different face. It is also possible to choose a different skin tone and texture, as well as a different body type.
